A Breath Of Fresh Air
Elevating Home Health with Superior Air Quality

Indoor air quality (IAQ) refers to the air quality within and around buildings, especially as it relates to the health and comfort of building occupants. Understanding and controlling common pollutants indoors can help reduce your risk of indoor health concerns. Indoor air quality is not just a luxury but a necessity for a healthy home environment.
Indoor air quality can be affected by various factors, including but not limited to, pollutants brought in from outside, toxic chemicals released from everyday household products, and even excess moisture leading to mold growth. The importance of indoor air quality cannot be overstated, as we spend a significant amount of time indoors, especially in our homes.
A clean indoor air system means healthier air in your home. This can cut down your energy costs because a clean system works better. If you're not sure about your air quality, or if the air feels stuffy or smells bad, it's time to call for help. Our team at Seasons Comforts is ready to help with any air quality needs. Why Indoor Air Quality Matters for Your Home
The quality of the air inside your home matters because poor indoor air quality can lead to a range of health issues. These issues can be immediate and acute, like headaches, dizziness, and fatigue, or they can be long-term and severe, such as respiratory diseases, heart disease, and even cancer. Particularly for individuals with respiratory conditions like asthma, maintaining good indoor air quality is critical.
Moreover, indoor air quality significantly impacts the comfort level of your home. Unpleasant odors, excessive humidity, or dry air can make living spaces uncomfortable, which can affect your overall well-being and quality of life.
Signs of Poor Indoor Air Quality
Health Risks Associated with Indoor Air Pollution
Indoor air pollution can pose various health risks, ranging from short-term effects like eye and throat irritation to long-term consequences like respiratory diseases and heart problems. In some cases, exposure to certain pollutants, such as radon and asbestos, can even lead to life-threatening conditions like lung cancer. Children, elderly individuals, and those with pre-existing health conditions are especially vulnerable to the adverse effects of poor indoor air quality.
When to Call Professionals for Indoor Air Quality Services
It's time to call professionals when:
- You notice persistent health symptoms related to poor air quality.
- There is visible mold growth or persistent unpleasant odors.
- Home test kits indicate high levels of harmful pollutants.
- You've made changes to your home, like renovations, that could affect air quality.
Maintaining good indoor air quality is not just a one-time task but a continuous commitment. By understanding the signs that indicate a need for professional air quality services, evaluating your home's air quality, and implementing both natural and mechanical methods to improve it, you can ensure a healthier living environment. Regular maintenance, along with professional advice and services, will play a crucial role in sustaining optimal indoor air quality for the long term.

Start to finish this is hands-down the best HVAC company in or around Atlanta. Friday afternoon of memorial weekend I made an inquiry when my AC system went down and the compressor died on the unit. Andy called me back instantly and had me a quote in one hour, which beat Reliable, Estes, and Moncrief by over 30%. Not only did they have the best pricing, they showed up 2 days later as I requested and they installed the new outside unit, new furnace, and new coil in under 3 hours. The 3 guys that did the install were so professional, kept everything so clean and did a perfect install. 10/10 recommendation of this company
Greatest experience ever! Great pricing, service, reliability and straight forward honesty that's hard to find in the industry. Highly recommend.
From start to finish, Season's Comforts did a fantastic job at meeting my needs for a new HVAC and Furnace system. Andy V. was very professional and easy to deal with. He was very honest and upfront with his quote and Season's Comforts beat the heck out of the other quotes I received and SC provided a better system for less money. I did not feel that way with the other quotes I received from other "big companies". At the time of install, one of the owners (sorry I forget his name) was onsite for the install and was also great to deal with, as were the other technicians. I have only had the Trane system for a short time, but I have used both the furnace and A/c and they work very well. The techs made sure to level/support the outdoor unit and cut new boxes and cleaned up/made new boxes for the furnace. Their attention to detail is appreciated!!! You can't go wrong with Season's Comforts!!!
My AC system stopped working, and Season Comforts responded quickly to my service request. Jacob, the service technician, was very friendly, quickly diagnosed the issue, and repaired it efficiently. Their pricing for both service and parts was excellent. Season Comforts will definitely be my go-to company anytime we need HVAC service or repairs for our home.
