This company came highly recommended from a dear friend and they did NOT disappoint! They delivered EXCEPTIONAL service from start to finish! Andy (sales/service) made the process easy and transparent while Dimitry and his team (installation) were punctual, professional, and meticulous. Every person was pleasant, friendly and genuinely cared about doing great work for the customer. Additionally, Dimitry was helpful in referring trusted contractors for the rest of our project (i.e. flooring, drywall, electrical services, etc.). If you value honesty, quality, and fair pricing, I strongly recommend hiring them.

07.21.2026: Updating my review several years later simply to say that I've been using Season's Comforts for all of our home HVAC service and they are always amazing! We recently had some problems with our AC system acting up and they were outstanding at getting it serviced but the end result was that we had to get it replaced. They came in with a very fair price, they ensured our system was running ok until install date, and they came a day early (after calling to confirm it was ok) and got the system replaced. Not only were they quick, they actually fixed other aspects of the system and made sure everything was done right. Great company that will absolutely take care of you!

It took me from September 2025 to research and find the caring, trustworthy family owned company of Seasons Comfort (taking a break during the winter months). This company was my 6th quote. I learned about them by calling Trane directly as I was told the price of the air conditioner/furnace was increasing in July 2026. I was given a list of Trane certified companies. I did not know about this special certification before then. In Sept 2025, the 1st company told me that my leaking Lenox air conditioners had refrigerant that had been phased out by the Biden Admin. and offered "budget friendly" Goodman air conditioner installation only. I wanted higher quality air conditioners/furnace. Multiple companies told me that Lenox had issues with the evaporator coils and leaking. I had narrowed down the search to Trane or Carrier for 2 air conditioners upstairs and downstairs and a new furnace. I decided on Trane as they offered air conditioners in between the old technology of two stage and the more expensive option of variable speed. Trane offered the multispeed option unlike Carrier. The company that installed my air conditioner/furnace never explained the differences in the various Trane tiers when they quoted me a price in 2025. Seasons Comforts brought pamphlets for me to read. Another HVAC company that installs Trane that gave me a quote in 2026 tried to upsell me with the variable speed when I told the owner what I wanted. He also tried to sell me cheaper thermostats and wanted to charge $8.000 more than Seasons Comforts. The owner and brother of Seasons Comforts were straight forward and honest about what I did and didn't need. My air conditioner was installed within a week on one of the hottest days of the year, July 3, 2026. At that point, I had a separate portable window unit in my bedroom, no air upstairs and the refrigerant running low downstairs requiring a fan. They had a big team to move the process faster. I highly recommend this company that made my delay in finding the right company well worth it. As an aside, one of the Seasons Comforts employees told me that some of the HVAC companies are being bought out by bigger companies. Thus, their prices are higher. I also considered the option of hiring someone who did HVAC work on the side while working for an HVAC company as I know people who have received lower quotes for this. I had major concerns about who they would bring to help with the installation and whether they would not answer the phone in the future if I had an issue. Andy, of Seasons Comforts responded to my emails and texts about the warranty and permitting immediately.
