We have used Seasons Comforts for several years and they are always quick to respond. Unlike other companies I have used in the past, they are honest and dependable. I don't feel like they are trying to sell me something I don't need. I would highly recommend them.

We knew that our HVAC unit was in the need of replacement. We've had a number of issues with it since we moved in almost 8 years ago. But, finally last week, it died. Andy had given me a very competitive price a few months ago and we were waiting to see how far we could push the old unit. We didn't have long to wait. I contacted Andy last week and we agreed on Monday for the replacement. Paul arrived with a cast of thousands and they knocked out the replacement in 5 hours. I didn't have to show them anything; tell them anything; they just did their jobs. And, we now have heat (thank goodness) and are very comfortable. We are also comfortable in the fact that we "shouldn't" have to worry about heat or air for some time. Can't say enough about Season's and how they have always been johnny on the spot any time I've had a question or problem. Thanks again.

I also just got a good feeling speaking from the owner, and didn’t feel like I was talking to a salesperson who was just trying to make a quick, overpriced sale. This is the second time I have used Seasons Comforts. I used them last year to replace two of my AC / Furnace units. I remember that their service was amazing. The crew that came to install everything went above and beyond to make the HVAC systems better than they were before they came. Not only did they replace the units, but they re-secured some of the duct work in the attic without being asked to do so. Everyone was also very friendly, and all of my questions were answered. Everything was so professional and well done that when my basement heat pump started acting up last week, Seasons Comforts was the first (and only) call that I made. Andy came out and gave me the estimate which was very reasonable. Once we committed, his crew made it out the next day to do the install! Once again, the crew was super friendly and they were great. They ended up re-positioning a gas pipe which was not part of the original job, but they did it because they care about the customer experience. As before, the install was great, and the work was done well. I can't recommend Seasons Comforts enough. They are the first place I will call if I need any HVAC work done from now on.

Whole HVAC of 20-year-old home had too small of a system making it work harder over the years. Andy at Seasons Comforts helped me select the right sized system with the sq. footage we have and with great value. Old system was on borrowed time and new system was installed 3 days later. Peace of mind has settled in.

I had a new system installed by Season's Comfort over the summer after doing full due diligence over all their competitors. They came in at a great price, the install went flawlessly and I couldn't be happier with the system. I just had them come out to do a service call for an older Rheem system in my basement they didn't install. My service tech Jacob was AMAZING. So thorough, kept me informed all throughout the process, was able to clearly explain everything he was doing to narrow down the issue. The repair was tricky, but he was able to solve it and the service cost was totally reasonable. On top of being an honest and skilled repair tech, he was just a very solid good natured dude. Will specifically request him for any future service appointment. Just another reason why if another of my systems ever needs replacing Season's Comfort will be at the top of my list.
