Exceptional Sales and Service

My AC unit died and I needed to get it replaced. On a Friday Andy at Seasons Comforts provided me with a quote for the 16 SEER Trane unit I wanted at a very competitive price. I opted to replace the furnace and add WIFI thermostats as well. The next Monday Nick installed the units and did an exceptional installation job. I liked the WIFI thermostats so much I asked Andy to add another for my other unit. He dropped by at lunch to install it for me. I couldn’t be happier with the quality of the sales and installation experience provided by Seasons Comforts.

An HVAC company you can trust!

Seasons Comforts installed a heat pump in my basement. The price was reasonable and the quality of the work was outstanding. They completed the job in a few hours and exceeded my expectations by doing more than what we agreed on. Their focus on total customer satisfaction raises the bar high for other HVAC companies. I refer them to everyone. I am sure I will use them again as soon as the opportunity show up.

Lowest price and quality work

The AC units in my 13 year old home were failing. Another contractor wanted ~$350 to recharge the old R22 units and I felt that wasn’t worth the trouble. Seasons Comforts’ pricing on a Trane system was very best in the ~10 companies I received quotes from (Also 5 seperate co-workers at my wife’s work recommended Seasons Comforts based on excellent work done at their homes). Andy came out to my house on a Saturday and his pricing matched what I was told over the phone. After we decided to go forward with the work Nick came out to install the system the next day. The work was completed within 3 hours and everything works great.

Great to work with!

We had to have one of our A/C units replaced recently. We got a couple of quotes, including Seasons Comforts. There was one estimate lower than Seasons Comforts, but we had worked with them before and wanted to use their services again. They matched the lower quote. They even came out on a Saturday and didn’t charge us a weekend rate. Dmitry was fantastic to work with. I’d recommend them for any HVAC services you need.

Great work at a great price

I don’t normally write reviews, but we had a very positive experience with this company. Over the years we have used a half-dozen HVAC companies with most being okay and some awful. Our AC unit just died and after having our normal “big company” out I decided to try someone new. I found Season’s Comfort on the Trane website and called them up. Andy showed up and gave us several different options to choose from….including an offer to fix our old unit at 1/2 the price I was quoted by the other company. We decided on a new system and Nick installed it a couple days later. Great experience all the way around and much cheaper to boot. I like dealing with family owned companies and SC is owned by 4 brothers….at least two of whom I can vouch for as being trustworthy, knowledgeable and professional! I also found out I paid way to much for the system I had installed a couple years ago….I wish I had known about Season’s Comfort a long time ago.

Over and above expectations

Dimitri and crew were awesome. Not only did they replace my air conditioner the same day that I called but Dimitri helped us with our car that kept quitting by driving it to the local Autozone so we could get a new battery. I would recommend them any day! Totally trustworthy, friendly and quick and the price was great too.
